Q. What types of stickers do you provide?
We produce die-cut stickers, square stickers, circle stickers, and vinyl with transfer type stickers.
Q. How many stickers will I get on one sheet?
That depends on the size of the stickers want. When you place your order, we give you an option to choose a sticker size and we’ll fit as many as possible on your sheet. Our standard sheet size is typically 8.5” x 10.5”.
Q. How do I apply vinyl with transfer type of sticker?
Vinyl stickers have three layers, the backing paper on which the vinyl is placed, the transfer tape on top of the vinyl decal, and lastly, the vinyl decal between them. To apply your vinyl sticker:
1. Prepare the surface you wish to apply your vinyl sticker to make sure it is clean and dry.
2. Remove the backing paper from the vinyl.
3. Place the vinyl sticker on your surface of choice with the sticky side down and rub its top surface using your fingers, a flat spatula, or even a plastic card.
Make sure that you apply a good amount of pressure across its entire surface evenly, especially at the edges and corners to prevent lifting.
4. The final step is slowly peeling off the transfer tape back flat on itself. This is to ensure that the sticker does not lift.
However, if parts of your sticker end up lifting as you peel off the transfer paper, just smooth it back down, rub it with a good amount of pressure and peel again.
Q. How thick are your banners?
Our custom banners are available in 13 oz thicknesses. The thickness of our custom banners is suitable for any indoor or outdoor use while providing you with exceptional durability without compromising on the clarity of your printed content in the long run.
Q. Can I get both sides of my banner printed?
Absolutely! We do recommend that you choose a thicker banner option for better clarity on both sides of your double sided banner.
Q. Can I use my banner outside?
Yes. All our custom banners are intended for both indoor and outdoor use. However, we strongly recommend against using them outside under extreme weather conditions such as strong winds or thunderstorms to prevent them from getting damaged or dislodged.
Q. How long will the print on my banner last?
While fading is inevitable over time, we use fade and abrasion-resistant UV ink to ensure that your prints remain crisp and vibrant for a very long time.
Q. I already have garments and I want them to be screen printed. Can I send them to you?
That depends on whether the garments you have meet the criteria necessary for us to produce our high-quality prints.
While we typically offer bulk custom screen printing services and provide the garments you need as per your specifications, you can connect with us and one of our team members will determine whether we can make an arrangement for you.
Q. What type of ink do you use for screen printing?
At Design Pagoda, we always use quality plastisol inks sourced directly from trusted suppliers. The ink is forced through a mesh screen and bound to the fibers of your garment directly using heat. The result is a lasting print that can withstand countless washes and wears.
Q. How many colors can I use for my custom screen prints?
You can use as many colors as you want to! However, because each color will require a different screen, the more colors you use, the higher the price will be.
Q. How do I customize my design?
You can use our inbuilt Editor Platform on our site to upload an image of your design and even add some text to it. If you need help creating a design from scratch, our in-house design team will capture your vision and create a custom design for you.
Q. How do I ensure that I get the right color for my design?
The contrast on the screen you are viewing from may cause a slight color variation. Moreover, your design will be converted to a printer-friendly color and as a result, the color may vary slightly.
To ensure that we make the best possible color match, we recommend that you use light on dark or dark on light designs. If you need help making the right choice, you can reach out to us.
Q. I made a mistake while placing my order, how do I fix it?
Once an order is placed, we automatically send it to production. We strongly recommend that you reach out to us as soon as you realize that you made a mistake to see if we can make changes.
Q. How long will it take for you to finish my custom order?
While we fulfill our orders at the fastest turnaround times possible, the time taken depends on the size of your order once we finalize your custom design. We never take more than 10 business days to finish your project.
